Since I started mixing up weekend workouts due to pacing the Georgetown to Idaho Springs Half Marathon last weekend, this week’s easier workouts suited me well… But it means that I will be getting a “nice” long run this weekend… Phew, what a week!
Weekly Workouts
Monday- easy morning run with Angie (6 miles) (21,807 steps)
Tuesday- always love morning runs with Angie – even if I almost missed this one! (3.25 miles) (13,600 steps)
Wednesday- missed my morning run…so Power Lunch at the gym kicked my bum + 0.5 mile to/from the gym + 1 mile work break walk (12,437 steps)
Thursday- morning run with Angie (6.25 miles) + walking around to find almond butter over my lunch break (1.5 miles) (21,354 steps)
Friday- missed morning run morning yoga + afternoon run (4.25 hot miles) (13,174 steps)
Saturday- long run day! started out with 4 solo easy feeling fast miles + 6 group run fast miles + 4 slow run/walk miles back home (14 miles) (33,310 steps)
Sunday- no workout, no worries! (3,855 steps)
Weekly Miles : 37 workout miles ( 119,567 weekly steps)
1120 / 2,016 miles in 2016 (…still a little lot behind…but the fall weather will bring lots of miles!! Positive energy!!)

How did your training week go? What are you training for?
I’d love to hear from you! Leave a comment and start a conversation!
You always rock it! 14 miles seems like so much to me right now. I have 12 this weekend, and that will be the furthest I’ve run since May!

You always seem to have great active weeks!! I’m struggling in this heat and I’m so looking forward to Fall temps.
There is no way I would be able to run anytime other than first thing in the morning. Thanks for linking up !

Another strong week for you with impressive mileage. I can’t imagine even walking in the middle of the day right now. You rock. I’d have to go home and shower. You and I have the same multi-colored Fila running top. It goes with everything! LOL. Thanks for linking, Lindsey.
