I am a big coffee lover! I truly crave and enjoy a great tasting cup of joe… I generally will drink coffee before a long run, after a workout, or anytime I am craving the taste throughout the day (usually stopping before 2pm).
Similarly, I thrive on having my morning post-run smoothies. The protein aides in my muscle recovery and settles my stomach after a good run!

CLICK is a great product that you can use as a quick breakfast when heading out the door, a protein boost before or after your workout with a wonderful coffee taste, a coffee-house style drink when you have that craving, or as a low-calorie/sugar/fat snack!

Coffee + Protein = All In One!
With real espresso and protein, CLICK is every coffee lovers dream! The people over at CLICK have taken protein powder and added a double shot (per serving) of espresso to make a nutrient dense drink to enjoy any time! With 120 calories, 1 gram of fat, 6 sugars, 23 essential vitamins and minerals, and 16 grams of protein per serving, this all in one drink mix is great as a meal replacement, mid-day snack, or workout drink! With the added bonus of a espresso coffee, this drink has a great taste and will leave you with energy to boot!
- add water to shaker cup
- add CLICK flavor of choice
- cover and shake
Another way that I drink CLICK hot is to mix it with less water, so it is a thicker liquid. Then I add super hot water! Either way, drinking CLICK hot is like a coffee-house style drink, who knew there was protein in it??
Almond Butter CLICK Protein + Coffee Balls
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 scoops CLICK coffee + protein
- 3 tbsp flax
- 3 tbsp hemp hearts
- 3 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- (optional) 1 tsp-1tbsp water
- (optional) any additional toppings or fillings
Mix the almond butter and honey – then add the remainder of the dry ingredients. If needed, you can add a little water if the mix is a little too dry. Form into balls, add any additional toppings (I used hemp hearts and cocoa on a few) and enjoy! Keep them in the fridge for a tasty, energizing snack anytime!
Makes about 12 protein balls.
