Starting to get used to the cold…sort of…
Weekly Workouts
Monday- I should have run in the morning…but I waited. I forgot that I was set up to donate blood that moring… Sheesh! But somehow, I had the energy to get out for a late afternoon run!
Tuesday- I didn’t go for a morning run (hubs went hunting and I was on morning little man duty), no lunch run either…the evening was spent at home watching little man… Unplanned “rest” days make me want to run more!! Well, the rest was needed after Monday’s blood drive and afternoon run…
Wednesday- …Running makes me happy 🙂
Thursday- Darm snooze and darm busy work day! I really would rather be running…
Friday- Yes, I was somehow ableto get out for a lunch run! Somedays, I would rather go out over my lunch than in the early morning because it is “warmer” in the middle of the day 🙂 Not much warmer…but when it is in the teens in the morning and 30s over my lunch, the 30s usually win 🙂
Saturday- 4.25 solo + 6.25 group run + 1.5 miles home 🙂 I really love the group runs on the weekend! Even though I am the last runner and typically run alone, it is nice to know there are others out there as crazy as me!
Sunday- no workout…the hubs went hunting all day and I just relaxed (Gilmore Girls binge watching…)
Weekly Miles : 24.5 miles
1677 / 2,016 miles in 2016
Next Week’s Projected Workouts
Just keep running 🙂 The weather isn’t getting any warmer…and sooner or later, the warm air will return! Enjoy the cool while we can 🙂

Shorts on Monday and all bundled up on Wednesday, are you sure your not in Mississippi. lol.
Can you tell a difference in your running and energy after you give blood? I can’t give, I’m known to pass out so I wondered.
Thanks for linking up!

I surely feel a dip in my energy post blood donation…sometimes it lasts the rest of the week. I also forget about it sometimes…

I’ve never tried running after giving blood. Kudos to you! I did run after losing blood from falling in Chicago. LOL. We are having temperature extremes here too. I’m still wearing shorts on some days. Thanks for linking, Lindsey!

I don’t usually run after donation…I actually forgot about my donation and planned the run – since I packed the clothes and felt up to it, I just went!
