[breakfast] coffee + Vital Proteins
On days that I am not running in the morning, I am not hungry for eating early. By adding some Vital Proteins to my morning brew helps me add a more nutrients to my morning routine without eating a whole meal.
[morning snack] apple + almond butter + apple cinnamon grain-free granola
Love love love!! Since I ran out of my Wildway grain-free Coconut Cashew and Banana flavors last week, I brought the Apple Cinnamon to work for the next week or so : )
[lunch] eggs + hummus + cucumber + carrots
Hard boiled eggs are the easiest way for me to get in protein throughout the day. I ate 2 whole eggs and 3 egg whites. I decided to add a little hummus to the egg whites and top my cucumber slices with them. Then I snacked on some carrots and hummus : )
[afternoon snack 1] banana bread Lara bar
I really enjoy Lara bars! There are so many flavors and they are a “clean” option for snacks in my routine! I can pronounce all of the ingredients and the ingredients are limited to 5 or less (in most bars).
[afternoon snack 2] almond butter + pretzels
I cannot eat enough almond butter…really. Since I found myself wanting to eat it by the spoonful, I decided to grab a bag of pretzels from the vending machine.
[dinner] Luvo Chicken Chile Verde
When I am feeling lazy, I usually go for a premade meal that just needs to be warmed up. With Luvo meals, I don’t have to worry about eating anything unnatural.
I have tried Luvo meals before and I am getting the opportunity to try more flavors! I haven’t tried the Chicken Chile Verde before and I was not disappointed! With a little spice, the chicken was great, the polenta was delicious, and the sauce brought it all together!
I cannot wait to try more new flavors and enjoy my favorites again!

Yeah…I am not ever perfect, and little man and I enjoyed a little sweet treat after dinner : )
