Hi! My name is Lindsey and I am a wife, “mama” to an active little boy, a runner for fitness and weight loss, and an accidental blogger.
I have always loved working out but my passion for running really blossomed in 2014.
At the start of 2015, I set a goal to lose 10% of my body weight and run my first half marathon. By the end of the year, I had lost 25% of my body weight and run 4 half marathons!
My mission is to inspire others to work hard to reach their goals! I enjoy running 5ks to half marathons – but have yet to decide my favorite distance. I am currently training for my first full marathon in April 2016!
Each week I post about my weekly meal prep, weekly workout summaries, and weekend happenings – new posts in 2016 will include product reviews and race recaps! I love to keep my friends and family up to date on our endeavors and I hope that you find some inspiration to live a happy, healthy life!
