To compression…or not to compression? That is the question! In my world, not all compression is created equal. While I have my fair share of socks, sleeves, tops, and pants that have “compression” in their title, I have not felt compression like the A400 before!
This week is going to be a random assortment of eats…cleaning out eating thru the fridge and healthy freezer meals are keeping me on track! We are going on vacation the end of next week and there is a lot of food in the fridge to eat up!
Comfort is a relative term when it comes to my life. I would say that I am comfortable in most of my day to day activities. But when it comes to running…I believe that I have been able to find comfort in being uncomfortable.
…is that really a thing?
