While I keep my days FULL, I don’t feel like I am an overly anxious person — but when it comes to relaxing after a long day, sleep does not always come easy. The day that I usually use for my WIAW post was just weird…being home “sick” didn’t account for exciting meals or anything remarkable – enough so that I hesitated posting this. Oh well, here is what Tuesday involved…
I really enjoy participating in Clean Eating Challenges with friends on Facebook…this week isn’t much different! I prepped like crazy this past weekend and I SHOULD be set for the week…
While I missed my morning workout due to the heat/humidity and my kitchen sink full of dishes, I made sure to keep my food in check! The bonus?! The hubs watched little man so I could run after work 🙂 Yay!
Another week, more running, more stretching, and a little volunteering! Some weeks just feel good…overall! While my mornings started a little slow, the miles ticked away 🙂
I am getting better about finding morning motivation…but a mid-week blood donation and weekend thunderstorms threw off the second half of my week. Oh well…I will probably combine this week’s miles and next week’s miles and divide by 2 to get an accurate weekly check…this week will be “small” and next week will have A LOT more. Not due to over training, but because I moved my long run to Monday when the weather allowed for it… Here we go!
