This week went well overall! Some highs (good feeling intervals) and some lows (local flooding issues and little sleep) kept me on my toes…and finishing the week with the Hospital Hill 10K was just what I needed!

With all the weather in the area (AKA rain rain go away…), I was sure glad for the miles I was able to get in! This Endure Strong training plan is no joke — the “workout” days are a real WORKOUT. I am loving all the easy days though too…

After last weekend’s half marathon, I have been easing back into the miles. Afterall, I have PLANS for this spring and fall… #bibchat
Somehow…when I was going through my training plan and workouts, I found that I missed YET ANOTHER week of training…so this week is full of double-week training posts. I blame it on pregnancy brain… #bibchat
Spring has finally sprung, and this week is proof! We had some amazing temps, some rainy days, and lots of sunshine! I am so excited to get back outside on a more regular basis! #bibchat
For the past 24+ weeks my body has been going through a major growth spurt — growing another human being. While this is great, it also means that my wardrobe is needing to accommodate to this change. This week started with a reality check — which then fed into a decent week of walking and running miles! I have some running plans for this spring and then in the fall…but we’ll see what all gets accomplished.
With the weather taking us for another chilly ride early this past week, I am hoping to get outside for some lunch run miles later in the week (hello 40 degrees!!)!
