living the OOlala life | OOFOS Review

I love my shoes…like any runner does. And I find that I wear my running shoes even when I am not running. They are comfortable and fresh feeling!

But running shoes aren’t intended for “everyday” wear. They are intended to give you spring in your step and log those long miles! So what is a girl to do?

Well, I have owned a couple pair of OOFOS over the years and these shoes are the perfect choice for post-run, everyday wear. In fact, with the most recent pair I received as a BibRave Pro, I didn’t realize how old my previous pair is! Let’s chat!

Well, it is about that time again – Monthly Runfessions!! How is it already the end of April?! Oh well…it just means that my spring race calendar has been cut in half and sweaty summer running is soon approaching!

flipping out for my FlipBelt Crops | Review

With the option of trying and testing out the FlipBelt Crops pant as a BibRave Pro, I jumped at the chance! With the belt built into the waistband, I am very optimistic that I won’t have issues with the belt riding up too much.

Since it is Friday, I thought I would present the FlipBelt Crops as a Friday Five 🙂 I have been trying these pants for the past couple of weeks through my running (a 20-miler last weekend), yoga at the gym, and many living room cardio workouts. Check it out!
