Racing – Pacing – Running…oh my! Check out how my training is going and what is coming up this year! #bibchat
Bring on the taper weeks! Last weekend’s 20 miler really took it out of me…and I needed a little extra love with my CTM Band the beginning of this week. Another week down! While my weekend of running didn’t go as planned (when does it ever), I was able to get in some good miles through the week! Coming up on a weekend pacing event, maybe a week with lower miles than needed was a good thing… We shall see next week!
My biggest dislike about running is the possible chafing that can happen anytime, anywhere! The chafe is real – but with @pjuractive 2skin, chafe is a thing of the past! #bibchat
