This week is going to be a random assortment of eats…
cleaning out eating thru the fridge and healthy freezer meals are keeping me on track! We are going on vacation the end of next week and there is a lot of food in the fridge to eat up!
[workout] 4 miles
After a late start and many excuses, I was able to get my scheduled run accomplished.
[breakfast] coffee + coconut oil + Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
[morning snack] Wella Bar Powerful Peanut
I still had some of my morning coffee left and I decided to dig into my Wella Bar – yum! Do you ever cut up your snack bars? I do so I don’t completely inhale them… So good!
[lunch] Luvo Planted Bowl (So Cal Kale & Beans) + green grapes
[afternoon snack] tea
I was just busy working after lunch…I wasn’t particularly hungry, so I got some tea out of the break room to mix up my drinks today (already drank 60 oz water) : )
[dinner] leftovers (Grainful Madras Curry Side + 1 oz chicken) + garden tomatoes + avocado + hemp hearts + homemade salt n’spice
Since I am busy
cleaning out eating thru the fridge, I settled on the last serving of my curry side with added chicken. I ate a full can of green beans, the curry side on top, halved garden cherry or grape tomatoes (super small, whatever they are!), and a tbsp of hemp hearts all warmed up – then topped with 3/4 of an avocado and homemade salt n’spice : )
