This week is going to be a random assortment of eats…
cleaning out eating thru the fridge and healthy freezer meals are keeping me on track! We are going on vacation the end of next week and there is a lot of food in the fridge to eat up!

After a late start and many excuses, I was able to get my scheduled run accomplished.
Today had one of those runs that almost didn't happen…restless sleep, snoozed alarms, and little man with night terrors kept me from wanting to get up (sorry Ang for missing your message!). • Coming home to a sobbing little man didn't help my day to stay on a positive note…but at least my run was completed for the day! Phew… #noexcuses @myaftershokz #shokzsquad

I still had some of my morning coffee left and I decided to dig into my Wella Bar – yum! Do you ever cut up your snack bars? I do so I don’t completely inhale them… So good!

I was just busy working after lunch…I wasn’t particularly hungry, so I got some tea out of the break room to mix up my drinks today (already drank 60 oz water) : )
Since I am busy
cleaning out eating thru the fridge, I settled on the last serving of my curry side with added chicken. I ate a full can of green beans, the curry side on top, halved garden cherry or grape tomatoes (super small, whatever they are!), and a tbsp of hemp hearts all warmed up – then topped with 3/4 of an avocado and homemade salt n’spice : )
