Last Weeks Recap
Last weekend, I was able to prep breakfasts and lunches for the week, but dinner was generally “whatever the little guy will eat” sort of situation. He is getting more picky about his eating and that makes for a tough dinner situation. Also, with all of the traveling, I just didn’t prep much and didn’t go grocery shopping!
Meals This Week
Due to being out of town this past weekend, I didn’t get to prep for the week. Also, since this is a “shorter” week, of sorts, there is not as many days that I really need to think about either.

crock pot steel cut oats
protein smoothie
[lunches]
mostly leftovers from dinner
egg bake with green beans and broccoli
[dinners]
venison and onion bake
spaghetti squash with meat sauce
[snacks]
apple and/or celery with peanut butter
apple with yogurt and granola
hard boiled eggs with veggies
carrots and broccoli with ranch dip
crock pot steel cut oats
energy bar or energy balls – already made, in the freezer
energy bars are different flavor variations of 1/2 cup PB, 1/2 cup honey, 2 cups oats, 1/4 cup hemp hearts + add ins (I used 1/2 cup of mini chocolate ship in the last batch) – raisins, dried cranberries, and other fruit are good options as well!
