Yep! It is Wednesday already…only a couple days left in 2015! I didn’t have a lot of time this past week to plan for this week’s meals, but I was able to get a little prepping completed Monday night 🙂 I am joining Jenn and her crew for What I Ate Wednesday, the last of 2015!
[drinks] 32oz x 4 water
I started the day on a rough note – while I was thinking about doing a cardio, living room workout (no run on the schedule), the little man decided that he wanted to be up early! Scratch the workout…and kept the little guy on my hip while I got ready for the day.
[breakfast] protein drink – water, vanilla protein powder, orange fiber mix, ice
[morning snack] apple and peanut butter
[lunch] egg bake with broccoli and green beans – added a string cheese on top
[afternoon snack] overnight pumpkin spice steel cut oats – yum! – I added a little peanut butter
[later afternoon snack] 2 halo mandarin oranges
[even later afternoon snack] The day was dragging on and I was craving some major sugar! Since I already ate myself out of my lunch/snack bag, I resorted to the vending machine…no, I am not proud (there were WAY better options!), but the sugar hit me FAST!
[dinner] Another serving of egg bake with broccoli and green beans
[after dinner snack] Once the hub got home from work, he made a taco salad…and the chips and queso were too much to resist!
