Run and done! • I have missed a few morning runs this week due to work and hunting season…and I don't like making it a habit! No matter the temps this morning, I was going to run! • Then reality set in…I donated blood a couple days ago. Once I got to mile 2, I had made my mind up to just head home. [morning snack] egg whites (3) + whole egg + 1/2 avocado
[lunch] roasted vegetables (carrots, parsnips) and roasted potatoes (russet, red, sweet) + kombucha

[dinner] breakfast for dinner 🙂
