simple + roasted | WIAW

[workout] Due to missing morning runs lately, I knew I wasn’t missing out this morning! Burrr!!

[breakfast] bulletproof coffee (old image, same concept)

[morning snack] egg whites (3) + whole egg + 1/2 avocado


[lunch] roasted vegetables (carrots, parsnips) and roasted potatoes (russet, red, sweet) + kombucha


[afternoon snack #1] RX Bar


[afternoon snack #2] banana (ate leaving work, no picture)

[dinner] breakfast for dinner 🙂
