Well, this post accounts for my Monday eats…preparing for the #UnitedRelay meant that I am increasing my my hydration game! Here’s to either 50 miles biking or 40 miles biking and 10 miles running on Tuesday!
[drinks] water + water + Nuun water + coconut water + sparkling water… + water
[breakfast] bulletproof coffee
I didn’t have anything to eat for breakfast because I was putting some things away from last weekend and cooking a little…time just got away from me and my “breakfast food” made at home became my morning snack at work!
[morning snack] eggs + spiralized zucchini + mushrooms
Due to just losing track of time, I packed up my breakfast to go! It was a couple hours between my morning coffee and this “meal”…so it turned into my morning snack!
[lunch] spiralized zucchini + tomato +
2 hard boiled egg whites tuna + mango
I warmed up my noodles and tomato and before I started taking apart my eggs, I noticed that they had a weird film on them. I made them up towards the end of last week, but I am not about risking it – they went in the trash. I always have tuna at my desk so I just cracked one of them up…a different change of pace for sure!
[afternoon snack] Big Slice Apples – natural
[dinner] egg white noodles + venison tomato sauce
