Well! What day is today?! Wednesday!!
Already…… Sheesh, this week is flying by! I wasn’t home last weekend…so no meal prepping was completed. I am living off whatever I can find (mostly leftovers from last week!!).
Since it IS Wednesday, let’s commence the WIAW shenanigans 🙂
[morning workout] morning run with Angie – 6 miles
[breakfast] morning coffee + protein at work (old picture, same situation!)
[morning snack] romaine wraps with turkey, tomato, and guacamole
[lunch] leftover bacon ranch chili (the hubs fall/winter specialty – maybe I will share the love with his recipe sometime!!)
[evening workout] 2 mile
B rew Run Wine Run with Manhattan Running Co at Liquid Art Winery – probably would have run a little more if it weren’t for the loose gravel road and 55+ pounds of stroller/toddler… I’m sure glad the next couple weeks of Brew Runs are on pavement!!
[dinner] another serving of bacon ranch chili (not sure we will ever eat it all!!)
[evening snack] Heath Klondike bar – how could I pass it up?! (I’ll live to regret that decision tomorrow…)
