This week was a little easier week… I wanted to “rest” a little from my double half marathon weekend last weekend and not wear myself out too much. Having some questionable weather a couple mornings helped keep me inside,…at least until lunch 🙂
I will be traveling Friday and Sunday…so those days might not be big on the running times… I guess I should just go with it since my first 50K is next weekend. Ekkk!!
Weekly Workouts
Monday- I do not like what my “Collect App” is showing me for this month…I have not worked out on a single Monday! Say What?! Maybe next week will break the cycle…
Tuesday- a nice easy run to start my Tuesday! Also, our Brew Run group run started at Liquid Art Winery 🙂 I should have left little man at home…loose gravel and HILLS is no fun for mom!!
Wednesday- with cooler temps in full force, a nice trail run was the perfect lunch break!!
Thursday- a beautiful day for a run around the park 🙂
Friday- If running around airports counts as exercise, that is about all I did! I did get all my steps in for the day!
Saturday- Fit Foodie 5K + walking all over the area for most of the day!
Sunday- Fit Foodie Sweat Session followed by major traveling…
Weekly Miles : …didn’t count too many… workout miles – a low week; but a little R&R is always a welcome change!
???? / 2,016 miles in 2016 – Yeah…I’m behind! But so what?! I’ll finish when I finish 😉
Next Week’s Projected Workouts
This week…is just about getting a few easy miles on my legs in preparation for Saturday’s long, hot (say it isn’t so!!) 50K!!
Check out some awesome #linkups this week!
As always, there is the great Weekly Wrap link-up with Holly and Tricia! I found a new Monday linkup called #MotivateMe Monday, hosted by Lucie, Janice, and Rachel! Also, check out Ilka and Angela’s Sunday Fitness & Food link up!
Check out the Tuesday’s on the Run gang as well: Patty, Erika, & Marcia! I am also linking up with Annmarie, Jen, Nicole, and Michelle for Wild Workout Wednesday 🙂 Check out the new Coaches Corner linkup with Suz, Rachel, Debbie, and Lora.

I’d love to hear from you! Leave a comment and start a conversation!
Running around the airport totally counts as running! I hear you on the missed-monday workouts. I need to adapt a never miss a monday policy!

Don’t feel bad about Mondays! I always miss a Monday. We’ve got to rest sometimes, right? That airport training is no joke! It’s so impressive you ran a 50K! Since I’m late reading this, I already know you made it! Great job. Thanks for linking, Lindsey!
