[workout attempt #1] Well, my alarm went off, I wanted to run, but the torrential downpour kept me from venturing out…
[breakfast] bulletproof coffee – Since I didn’t get in a morning run, I wasn’t all that excited about making a smoothie. I settled with an energizing cup of bulletproof coffee 😀
[morning snack] Perfect Bar ❤️❤️
[morning drink snack] Tazo + honey
[lunch] cabbage stir fry + leftover turkey + sweet potatoes
[workout attempt #2] Since I knew the weather was going to look up in the afternoon, I packed up my gym bag as I could run over lunch! Well,…you can only go running if you remember to take your bag to work… Darn it!
[afternoon snack] Nuttzo – straight from the jar…yep.
[dinner] pasta bake – the hubs is in charge of dinner on his day off and he browned up some venison sausage, boiled water and made pasta, threw it all in a pan and baked it ❤️
[evening snack] a scoop of homemade chocolate almond butter banana ice cream ❤️❤️
