Well…no running training plan yet…but just keeping the miles going!

Weekly Workouts 11/14-11/20

Monday- Monday Runday ✔️

Tuesday- The rain kept me in from a morning run…and a gym bag left at home kept me from a lunch run… Oh well!

Wednesday- I didn’t let a missing running buddy keep me from getting some miles! First solo run in a while ✔️

Thursday- A late start to the day…and I am PRETTY SURE these miles didn’t put a dent in my rating for the day! I should have run a marathon that morning to help 😆😆

Friday- I stayed out of the craziness most of the day…went for a run that evening!

Saturday- I ran to meet up with a new-ish running buddy…but didn’t plan my trip accurately… The day before, she text me to “go for a run on Sunday” and since my body felt like a Saturday, I was up and waiting at the meet up point! I text her, got my misunderstanding worked out, and met up with a running group for a run at the Overland Park Arboredum 🙂 Beautiful run!

Sunday- Well…the alarm clock and lazy Sunday vibes won out…no run!

Weekly Miles : 34.4 workout miles 

1620 / 2,016 miles in 2016



Next Week’s Projected Workouts

Another week…more miles on the good old legs! Just keep moving! Maybe I can get in a couple LONG runs to make up some miles for my 2016 goal… There is a 90% chance I will not be able to make up the miles…but I can sure try!! I am going to need roughly 90-100 miles a week to make this happen in this calendar year…Let’s make these last weeks of 2016 count in a BIG way!!…even if I have to walk a mile every couple hours 😆😆

  1. 34.4 miles miles is an awesome weekly mileage Lindsey! I’m sure it feels great! High weekly mileages like this usually give me so much energy for everything else on my to-do list. Love your trail run, so nice to take a break from the usual pavement runs. You definitely deserved a break on Sunday! Have a great (Running) week!!
