Monday- Monday Runday ✔️
Tuesday- The rain kept me in from a morning run…and a gym bag left at home kept me from a lunch run… Oh well!
Wednesday- I didn’t let a missing running buddy keep me from getting some miles! First solo run in a while ✔️
First solo run in a while…it was faster than usual but felt good! • My running buddy and I have the understanding that we run most mornings unless 1) we agree not to beforehand, 2) there is questionable weather, or 3) a last minute "not running" text… • While I was running a little late this morning, my buddy didn't text me the typical "You coming?" text and then wasn't at our meeting spot… Oh well! Thursday- A late start to the day…and I am PRETTY SURE these miles didn’t put a dent in my rating for the day! I should have run a marathon that morning to help 😆😆

Friday- I stayed out of the craziness most of the day…went for a run that evening!
I didn't #OptOutside most of the day…but I did this evening!! • Since we stayed in KC a couple extra days, the only vehicle with a car seat was left at home for us to use, if needed. Saturday- I ran to meet up with a new-ish running buddy…but didn’t plan my trip accurately… The day before, she text me to “go for a run on Sunday” and since my body felt like a Saturday, I was up and waiting at the meet up point! I text her, got my misunderstanding worked out, and met up with a running group for a run at the Overland Park Arboredum 🙂 Beautiful run!
Morning 5K in the books 😆😆 • With the holiday and extra day off, my brain thinks today is Sunday. So when a new running wanted to go for a run on Sunday, I was all in! • Spoiler alert, tomorrow is Sunday…and I tried to meet up with her this morning 😆😆 • A nice out and back…and now I am heading out for run no2 for the morning (with said running buddy) • Have you ever messed up a running meet up? #optoutside #werunsocial #irun4aidennicole
Sunday- Well…the alarm clock and lazy Sunday vibes won out…no run!

Next Week’s Projected Workouts
Another week…more miles on the good old legs! Just keep moving! Maybe I can get in a couple LONG runs to make up some miles for my 2016 goal… There is a 90% chance I will not be able to make up the miles…but I can sure try!! I am going to need roughly 90-100 miles a week to make this happen in this calendar year…Let’s make these last weeks of 2016 count in a BIG way!!…even if I have to walk a mile every couple hours 😆😆
