Weekly Workout

new goals | Weekly Workouts

Well, since my formal training routine is non-existent for the coming month…I am just going with the flow! This week was more about getting a few miles on my legs without burning them out. My first pacing event is on Sunday and I would like my legs to be fresh and ready! Once I get through this week, I can focus more on making a plan for the rest of the month…and then a new plan for the summer!!
