Weekly Workout

new goals | Weekly Workouts

Well, since my formal training routine is non-existent for the coming month…I am just going with the flow! This week was more about getting a few miles on my legs without burning them out. My first pacing event is on Sunday and I would like my legs to be fresh and ready! Once I get through this week, I can focus more on making a plan for the rest of the month…and then a new plan for the summer!!

Sunday-no workout

Monday-4.1 mile morning run

Tuesday- 2 mile lunch run

Wednesday- 1.5 miles workout and 2 mile run over lunch

Thursday-4.4 mile hot lunch run

Friday-no workout – not quite sure why I didn’t get out to stretch my legs…

Saturday-2 miles – a big group run at the Lincoln National Guard Expo

Weekly Miles : 14 miles (not winning ANY awards AGAIN this week!!)

635 / 2,016 miles in 2016

This Week’s Projected Workouts

Well, this weekend is the Lincoln National Guard Half Marathon! I will be pacing the 2:40 group and the weather is not looking great…
