Friday Favorites #10

It is really sad when it is Friday…another week gone. Then again, the weekend is always something to look forward to!

This week’s theme is “favorites”…enjoy!

There is nothing more rewarding than a sunrise on the run – a runrise.

This day, we opted to skip the trail run due to impending weather…but the couple miles I did get in didn’t disappoint in the visuals department! The sky was on fire!…and even saw a pre-rain rainbow (second picture). 🙂

I do not know how I lived ran before this app… My most favorite feature is the lightening radius. It will alert me when there is lightening within 30 miles of my location – and it is now my go-to app to check the weather before heading out for a run!

I believe the app is available on both OiS and Android devices 🙂 Sure glad I planned on going to the gym this morning!

fit mom strong mom

I am a new ambassador for Fit Mom Strong Mom and I got this cute Under Armor hair band in the mail the other day!

It pairs well with my Monentum Sparklets 🙂

Friday morning yoga

My sanity thanks the Friday morning yoga session 🙂 I really try to be in the moment and not think about the craziness that Friday brings…and the weekend!

Also, it helps me get some of the kinks and DOMS worked out before my Saturday morning long run…
