Well, I was looking for a reboot to my diet, and it surely happened!! I won a great giveaway from Mandi Munchie’s new podcast series, Bold Moves – it is a 3-Day Refresh from Beachbody!!
I decided to start it the next day – which happened to be my WIAW day 🙂
I will probably continue my review of the 3-Day Refresh in the coming days…stay tuned!

[breakfast] Vegan Chocolate Shakeology + 1/2 an apple
[morning tea] Tazo Wild Sweet Orange Tea
I am not typically a big tea fan, but this really hit the spot! I also drank more hot water thought the day because my office is chilly…
[morning drink] Fiber Sweep
While this drink was WAY less than appealing mixing it up, it tasted fine and wasn’t too bad!
[lunch] Vanilla Fresh + 1/2 apple (the other 1/2 from breakfast), 1 medium carrot, 1/2 avocado (that is |—this—| close to going bad…)
Well…my lunch was more than it should have been…but who only eats 1/4 of an avocado and 1/2 a carrot? Normally not me! The small portions of real food is what I need more of on this Refresh…but I am trusting the process and seeing how it goes!
Well, if I followed the rules completely, this should have been juiced…but I don’t have a juicer at work and I was running out the door this morning. Maybe I’ll juice it tomorrow…
[afternoon tea] Another random tea from my stash…but mostly stuck to hot water most of the day…chilly office.
Do I have enough drinks on my desk?!
[dinner] Vanilla Fresh + mixed vegetables w/coconut oil and seasonings
For dinner, I skimmed to the back of the “guide” to find recipes for dinner. I had most of the ingredients for the “Coconut Steamed Veggies” – so that was the plan! I made enough that if I can stomach it for another 2 dinners, I’m all set!
[evening snack] no snacks for me…I could have had some tea, but I just wasn’t in the mood for it. It also didn’t help that the hubs popped up some corn and thought I would indulge as well…sadly, no.
