Just a day in the life 🙂 Nothing special happening today…just didn’t run and did an extra load of dishes – ha! Enjoy!

[morning snack] I made up some cabbage stir fry with 2 eggs and 10 cherry tomatoes 🙂 good eats!! I also indulged in a little sweet treat while working…
[lunch] well…I waited too long to go for my run, so I needed to wait until after a meeting. This was like a snack-lunch 🙂 And then I craved my sweet potatoes…
[afternoon snack] giant apple + Nuttzo almond butter
[dinner] fresh baked sweet potato fries (super yum!!) + leftover chicken nuggets from hubs/little man

I made your cabbage stir fry and it was delicious! I say “was” because I ate it all… Love coffee around here so I’m considering making your bullet proof coffee next. Thanks for the great ideas! Treadmill run for me today – 3 miles while my little guy napped.

The cabbage stir fry is super easy and can just be a side with a meal, or the whole meal! Ha! My hubs is weirded out by the bulletproof coffee…but it suits me just fine 🙂
