I didn’t sleep well last night…at all! The hubs came home after midnight and I was still up…and that is BIG for me (no…not training to stay awake for New Years). I snoozed my alarm until the VERY last minute… I still had some things stashed from yesterday’s meals/snacks, grabbed an avocado, and I was out the door! Not my proudest day of eating…but #balance 😂😂

morning drink] bulletproof coffee[morning snack] 2 WASA crackers + almond butter
I keep WASA crackers at my desk at work…it is a quick easy snack, anytime (especially today!)! I also keep almond butter at my desk…the sweetness keeps me from hitting up the vending machine 🙂

[lunch run] I love some trail time! You know what… I run a mile to and from the trail and am only able to run a mile or two ON the trail. I wish the trail was a little closer – or I could be THAT person that drives 1-2 minutes to the trail connection so I can run more on the trail itself… Maybe later 🙂
[afternoon snack] Starbucks coffee (Christmas blend) + banana
[dinner] Does beer count as dinner? We went bowling and didn’t get anything to eat until we headed home…quite a bit later 😂😂
[evening snack] Since the bowling alley stayed open for the KSU bowl game (GO STATE!!), I got a tub of popcorn and another beer…
