As a BibRave Pro, we have had several opportunities to test out gear made by Buff®. Through all my testing, I have grown to love their original Multifunctional Headwear in the full and half lengths.
When I heard that they were reinventing this amazing product, I felt the draw to test them out again! Why change something that is already so great? Let’s see!

When a product is rebranded as “new” and “improved”, I am a little hesitant to believe the hype. As for the new original Buff® Multifunctional Headwear, I believe it! The fit and feel is what I have known to expect and love from my Buff® products. Plus, there are so many ways to wear them!
2 UPF 50
Similar to other Buff® products, the reinvented Multifunctional Headwrap is UPF 50 – the highest possible rating for clothing. This means that only 1/50th of the sun’s UV rays will pass through the material!
3 all of the colors!
One of the amazing features of the new original Buff® is the AMAZING colors and patterns! I was sent the Inca Flair pattern – perfect colors to welcome the fall weather!

Saving the best for last!
This is the biggest and best update to the original Buff® Multifunctional Headwear! Buff® now makes their original headwrap with 100% recycled REPREVE® Performance Microfiber made from the equivalent of 2 plastic bottles. The major change now removes 2 plastic bottles from our waters and/or landfills!
Now that the weather is changing, my headwear is as well. I typically sport at least one Buff® Multifunctional Wrap to keep my ears warm in the cooler weather – but I have also been known to wear several at a time!

I love my Buff. Do you happen to know if their warmer line will come in the material that’s made of recycled plastic?

Good question – I am not sure if their other lines will start carrying the new recycled material. That is a great concept!
