As a runner, our feet are pretty important! Finding a good pair of socks and shoes can be interesting if you don’t know what you are looking for…good think I am here to school you…sort of, thanks to TRE.
I recently attended the inaugural TRE Influencer Day as a BibRave Pro. What is TRE you ask? TRE is a massive 3-day conference where all running-related brands, retail stores, and events come together to reveal and explore the latest trends and developments in the running industry! A limited access opportunity for brands introduce their latest and greatest products (cutting edge shoe tech, new apparel, new hydration, innovative electronics, new brands – everything!)!

As a BibRave Pro, we received an amazing swag bag of gear for being a part of the event. Rather than having a long-ramble-on-forever blog post about all-of-the-things, I wanted to break up the product reviews into smaller chunks. This post contains a few products that are related to keeping my feet fresh. Check it out!

Incrediwear Socks
The right kind of socks can certainly make or break a run. While I haven’t ever heard of Incrediwear before The Running Event (TRE), they have quickly become a regular in my footwear routine.

The Incrediwear line of socks, pants, and other recovery products are made from a signature blend of “semiconductor elements”. From talking to the reps at TRE, these elements do not require compression to aid in the recovery of many everyday ailments. Rather, the release of negative ions activate increased blood flow; increasing circulation and helps bring more oxygen and nutrients to the targeted area.
Incrediwear gear can effectively accelerate in the recovery from shin splints, runners knee, calf cramps, DOMS, sprains, and strains.
The effortless comfort of the no-show socks, crew length socks, and long socks are awesome! We were truly spoiled to get to try so many different style of socks that Incrediwear offers.
Altra Running Escalante 1.5
There’s nothing like a comfortable pair of running shoes! I have tried my fair share of running shoe brands and this is the first opportunity for me to try the brand Altra. While I have tried and loved zero-drop style shoes, I have been also been interested in trying the “footshape toebox” and “fit4her” technology of the Altra Running shoe brand.

The Altra Escalante 1.5 is the upgraded model of Altra’s best-selling style :
“The brand new upper is more breathable, highly reflective and features a sleeker heel cup for increased performance and comfort. Fresh color patterns coupled with the wildly popular Altra EGO midsole give this shoe an unbeatable, elegant, high performance look and feel.” – Altra’s Website
Let’s just say I’m counting the miles until I can order another pair, or two… I love the zero-drop profile and the cloud-like stack height makes for a very comfortable ride.
Specs & Features
- Insole: 6 mm Contour Footbed
- Fully Cushioned Zero DropTM Platform with FootShape Toe Box
- Stack Height: 24 mm
- Midsole: Altra EGOTM
- Outsole: FootPodTM
- Upper Engineered Knit

My only peeve, which is the same for ALL brands I have tried, is that my ONE bunion causes me issues… Even with the footshaped toe box, I need a more “janky right foot with a bunion” fit for my one janky foot, ha!
Brooks Adrenaline GTS 19
I have worn the Brooks Adrenaline Go-To Shoe (GTS) for a long time. While I don’t always feel like I need a stability shoe, the wider widths available in this style has kept me purchasing from year to year.

At TRE, we were gifted a new pair of the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 19 – the newest style in the Go-To Shoe line. The biggest change with the GTS19 “GuideRail” support system.
GuideRails Holistic Support System : BioMoGo DNA and DNA LOFT cushioning work together to provide a just-right softness underfoot without losing responsiveness and durability

Here are a few more specs of the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 19 :
- Support style : Support
- Midsole Drop : 12mm
- Weight : 9.6oz / 272.2g
- Arch : Flat, Medium
- Run Experience : Cushion
While I am not completely sure what the technology means because I am not a shoe maker – I surely like how they feel on my feet! I usually wear a 2E-width, but the D-width I received still feels good. The mesh upper makes for a very comfortable ride – and the colors on the “080” color are pretty awesome!
I was in a group of 20 BibRave Pro ambassadors in the TRE Influencer Program. Be sure to check back on their blogs to check out their reviews of these products!
