Strava | BibRave Pro

It is isn’t on Strava, did it even happen??

Most would say, “Of course it happened!” But as an athlete (did I really just call myself that?!), I feel compelled to sync my workouts to just about any platform that will sync with my Garmin — including Strava.

While I have had Strava for years (since June 2016 per my profile info), I rarely have REALLY dug into the app or website. As a BibRave Pro, I am finally digging deep into some of the data and features of the Strava platform — I feel like a new user!

Do you Strava?

Signing into the platform is super easy — especially if you already have a Facebook or Google account. I believe your basic info from either account imports into Strava — or go ahead and set up your account with a valid email address and password.

Once your profile is set up, you are ready to sync with your favorite device(s)!

There is so much info to dig into within the Strava website platform, but I will focus on a couple highlights. I will look more into the app platform in a later post…

Desktop Version

Along the top of the website are tabs linking you to your Dashboard, Training, Explore, and Challenges.

You can see below that there are several features in the Free Edition of Strava that are accessible to all users (in the white) while some are reserved for the Strava Summit subscribers. I don’t currently have a Strava Summit subscription, but I look forward to the Training Plans once I do!

One of the interactive ways to use the platform is to join groups of like-minded people!

Several of the products I enjoy, ambassador groups I am a part of, or local clubs and stores have clubs within Strava that I follow. It is fun to see what everyone is doing to stay active throughout the year.

One of the newest clubs I am a part of is the BibRave Run Club! You should join as well!

In the month of May, the BibRave Run Club is hosting a Run Steak! By joining the group and syncing your workouts to Strava, you can join in the fun!

My fellow BibRave Pro’s are also digging into the Strava platform! Be sure to check them out and give them a follow on Strava!
