Weekly-Workout-Wrap---summer-session-w10---081416-livinglovingrunner

Another week full of miles! I decided to take the week a little easier and just run some easy paced miles. With the half marathon on Saturday, I didn’t want to take too much out of my system. Check out the Virtual Run Giveaway at the bottom of the post!!

  1. Lindsey! Congrats on your Half-Marathon (plus pacing) and a great week of running. Nice to have a running partner – it really does make getting up for a run in the morning easier!

  2. Very nice work. Virtual runs are pretty cool because they’re nice to do with my daughter. Lower pressure for a 4 year old.

  3. That’s a lot of driving miles over the weekend. My body would be very stiff. I bet that half marathon course was scenic. I’ve done one half in CO and the altitude was brutal, starting at over 7000 but it’s been the most scenic to date. Thanks for linking, Lindsey!
