Weekly Workout

off week… | Weekly Workouts

With no formal training plan…I am floundering a little. I think by the end of the week, I will have started a new plan to at least keep me moving and accountable for running! Sometimes, I just need a little more structure! Oh well…

Weekly Workouts

Monday- no workout – EARLY morning driving, afternoon business at work, evening relaxing…just one of those “rest” days! (6,352 steps)

Tuesday- no morning run (although I should have to avoid the rain the rest of the day!)…but I got a few miles over my runch break! (13,245 steps)

Wednesday- trying something new…Galloway method for stroller running! Little man wanted to  wear my light up vest rather than just the reflective one… (13,376 steps)

Thursday- a nice cool, humid early morning run with Angie – Since the hubs is leaving town today, I will be without morning runs for a few days…we’ll see how that goes! (17,622 steps)

Friday- With the hubs out of town, I decided not to get little man up and just wait for lunch to go for a run (13,469 steps)

Saturday- First Saturday without a run…felt odd, so we had fun throughout the day and headed out for a run after naptime (19,260 steps)

Sunday- Since the hubs is still out of town, little man and I met up with Angie for an interval workout! Of course, he only puts up with the stroller for roughly 5 miles…so once we split off from Angie heading home, I let him walk with me… (14,380 steps)

Weekly Miles : 32 workout miles

1396 / 2,016 miles in 2016

Next Week’s Projected Workouts

Well, without the hubs planning on going out of town, I have relative free reign of my running times this week! I’ll be heading to KC this coming weekend to pace the Kansas City Half! Holler at the 2:55 team to see me!

  1. Nice week! I well remember those weeks when hubby was out of town and my kids were little. The workouts definitely took a hit. Have a blast pacing! That is so cool!
