[lunch] cauliflower “rice” and vegetables + turkey kielbasa + roasted sweet potato
My meal prep totally helped today! I grabbed a few containers as I was heading out the door and this lunch was on point!
[afternoon snack] roasted sweet potato + avocado
While small, this snack totally hit the spot! Hot potatoes, cold avocado – yum!!
[dinner] chicken pot pie + roasted sweet potatoes
Little man and I noshed on this quick meal! I was ready to eat and little man was still playing…but when he decides he wants to eat, there is no time to waste!
