[breakfast] On the mornings that start without a run, a simple bulletproof coffee is enough to keep me full and energized for a few hours – I also made up some Nuun water to keep me hydrated! I have been having issues with drinking enough water lately…and the Nuun adds just enough sweetness to keep me coming back for more 🙂
[morning snack] cottage cheese + Wasa crackers
[lunch] Wasa crackers + tuna + hot tomato basil soup
[lunch run] These days, the morning runs are a little less frequent (especially with the snow/ice on the sidewalks and streets) – so I have been opting for afternoon jaunts in the warmer temps! The snow was a little funny on the trail…it was ONLY on the trail most of my trek. All the snow off hte trail was melted for the most part… Odd 🙂
[post-run snack] When I got back to work, I opted for a protein shake! Chocolate it is!
[afternoon snack] On my way to pick up little man, I had a major sweet tooth craving… Good thing I had this Think Thin bar stashed in my purse! Sweetness, check!
[dinner] The hubs was in charge of dinner…and drinks 🙂 He enjoys a good White Russian and when he asked if I wanted one, I said, “With my almond milk, sure!” His response was a little less excited…but he enjoys when I have a drink with him from time to time 🙂 We made up some quesedillas for dinner – so good!
[evening routine] My routine for the past could weeks has been to brush my teeth, put in my Smile Brilliant Teeth Whitening trays and relax for a little bit before heading to bed. (Review to come soon! – use the code “LLR” at checkout for a sweet discount!)
