This week was a great week for running! The mornings were cool (plain crisp some mornings) and the afternoons were great (for the most part). I would totally love you to follow me on Instagram and check out my workouts before my weekly wrap! I am always use the extra motivation to get out and run!
Weekly Workouts Monday- no workout – unplanned “rest” day… I don’t mind “planned rest” days (even though I don’t always “rest”…) but the unplanned ones really do stink!! Another week, more running, more stretching, and a little volunteering! Some weeks just feel good…overall! While my mornings started a little slow, the miles ticked away 🙂
