Friday
A few of the gals from work and I went to the Decorated Apparel Expo (DAX) in KC for a field trip on Friday. Looking through what other companies are offering is a good way to keep us looking for new and great ways to keep our company thriving!
We stopped for lunch at the Cheese Cake Factory – yum! I had a couple items from their Skinnylicious menu 🙂 Spring rolls and a Veggie Burger w/side salad
After lunch, we quickly walked to a couple stores in the Country Club Plaza and headed back to Manhattan.
The rest of the evening was spent with the cranky little man…well, maybe because I was pooped he seemed a little more needy than usual – I could have gone for a nap for sure!

I spent the rest of the afternoon taking a nap while the little man napped. Then the family went to Hastings for a couple movies, to the grocery store for dinner, back home to make said dinner, start a movie, put the little man to bed, and then veg out the rest of the night with the second movie!
Check out some awesome #linkups this week!

Kids can be rather merciless when you need a nap! I haven’t got a Bountiful Basket in almost a year, I need to start doing that again, such great produce.

GREAT produce and for cheap! I think it’s like $15 or so for $35-50 worth of produce! I’m game!

You can really find some great items at consignment sales! Little kids grow so fast they can’t wear out their clothes anyway. Thanks for linking with us Lindsey.

I was glad we got some great things for cheap! I always go on the second day so I get the 1/2 off deals 🙂
