I want to run 2016 miles, too. Your list reminded me of one of my other goals – weekly notes so I sent my note. Thanks for the reminder!

You’ve got great plans for the year in all different aspects of your life. My sister encouraged me to create a gratitude jar…I’m already a few days’ behind!

Me too! I planned on starting it last year…I’ll make that a goal for this week 🙂

Big goals! I’m impressed. I need to lose the weight I gained with marathon training before I go head first into training again.

I still have the goal of losing 10 stubborn lbs this year!

Great Goals! I love it! I started off my healthy eating habits with breakfast, which I actually NEVER ate but really enjoy now. Same for water I usually never consumed any because I didn’t like the taste (or rather lack of in my opinion) which I cannot believe now since its so essential to our survival. I’ve given up soda this year and am happy that I have done so so far without cravings for it! I definitely want getting into healthy eating and cooking to be a goal for the year. Hoping for great success for you and these goals!

Thank you! I have need without side for a while now, without really trying. My new cutback is processed sugar – I seem to snowball once I start eating sugary snacks. It also gives me tummy troubles… Thank you for the well wishes 🙂
