I feel a peak week coming on!! This week should contain the most miles I have run in this cycle with a big final weekend of training! Time is flying and the taper is coming fast! #hawk100 #bibchat
Where in the bloody heck has the time gone?! I am 4 weeks out from my first hundred mile event…and there is still so much to plan! Oh boy…I hope these next few weeks are as productive as this week – that would be nice! Let’s run!

Can I get a do-over? With 6 weeks until the #Hawk100, I am having a rough time fitting everything in…and my running is what is suffering the most. Could there just be a couple more hours in the day?? No? Okay…then I will do what I can. (and I will be trying again next week…)

This week is just feels a bit off…
After the [all] night run, I have been “catching up” on sleep and making a full night of sleep a bigger priority than getting out for morning runs. I am not too heart broken about the down week, they come sometimes – planned or not!
I am gearing up to travel and run the Rock ‘n’ Roll Chicago in a couple weeks and the quickly approaching Hawk 100m event in September!
