Another week down…more to go! While this week has been fairly uneventful, it has been good! And be sure to come back tomorrow for a preview… Continue reading coffee + heat + trails | Friday Five
What a week! The weather was crazy…and not in a good way. Which meant that the trails for my weekend race were not so great… “Take what the trail gives you” has a whole new meaning for me now – because I took 5 pounds of the trail with me home… Here’s my last week for this training cycle!

What a week!! The mornings were fairly mild…the afternoons have been warm!! I ran more miles that I had in the plan, but most of them were easy paced, fun miles 🙂 I am ready for spring!! #marathontraining
Lazy weekends are always welcome…no traveling means that we can enjoy time at home and in our “little college town”. Morning runs are a must on the weekend…and I took full advantage! Check out what we were up to this weekend!
