Looking back to last Friday, I went over what I wanted to do on Sunday for Mother’s Day…some fed into what happened on Saturday as well! Get ready for a full, photo packed weekend!!
What is it about a crappy day of eating that makes you want to start fresh the next day?! Yeah, I started my Monday off on the right foot…and then I was majorly derailed by mid-afternoon… Well, that didn’t work – and who wants to see the crap I ate that day?! I know I don’t want to show you… ha!
Last week ended with higher miles that I expected and a very successful pacing event to boot! Low, slow miles for sure… This week, I have 2 interval workouts on the “schedule” – so we shall see how those go! Summer is here and the heat is going to add another element of stress to… Continue reading Hospital Hill w3 | Weekly Workouts
With Mother’s Day fast approaching, I decided to change things up this year 🙂 Last year, I posted some Mother’s Day Gift Ideas…while these still pertain to my life ( *hint hint* ), this year, I am not looking for tangible gifts. I am linking up with the Friday Five 2.0 gals with my five plans for this Mother’s Day!

While I am not good at eating completely CLEAN, I am going to strive for clean-ish… I did get a chance to “meal prep” a little bit on Monday evening, so this… Continue reading clean-ish | WIAW
I really enjoy linking up with Tuesdays On The Run – after all, my blog is MOSTLY running based, with a little real life sprinkled in… Even though we are nine days into the month, I am linking up with Erika, Marcia, and Patty for Their Tuesdays On The Run to discuss giving my running month a letter… Continue reading April Running
Darn the luck…no weekend post last week, and this weekend is in the books. Whoops! We spent the weekend before last in KC with family and friends, last weekend was spent in the house staying out of the rain, and this past weekend was spent traveling… This will be mostly a picture heavy post – easy… Continue reading back home + raining + running | Weekend Happenings [x3]
This week is another week of trial and error. My goals are to keep my pace low so my HR also stays low. I have a pacing event this weekend that would usually be an easy, easy pace for me – but I am nervous that due to my low mileage the past couple weeks, I am not sure how the weekend event will go.
