What a week!

The @RunRocknRoll Chicago is 7 weeks away and the Hawk 100 is 13 weeks away! There are some additional races in the mix for the Hawk 100 training – but I will think about those as they come [big miles on the way!!]…

I will probably be crying and complaining about the cold for a while now – it has REALLY set in. There is a big likelihood that I will be wimping out the the gym off and on…no shame! I don’t mind the cold…but the FREEZE YOUR EVERYTHING IN 2 SECONDS cold is a little harder to step out into…
