I will probably be crying and complaining about the cold for a while now – it has REALLY set in. There is a big likelihood that I will be wimping out the the gym off and on…no shame! I don’t mind the cold…but the FREEZE YOUR EVERYTHING IN 2 SECONDS cold is a little harder to step out into…
With a mild start to the week, the winter chill set in FAST! Wasn’t I wearing shorts out on the run just last week?! Oh well…I feel like I am going to wimp out some this winter and head to the gym a few days a week. I didn’t get much of a cold build up, just BAM! COLD! We’ll see how it goes…

Well, this isn’t my last pacing weekend for FOREVER, just for 2017… Since my marathon last month, I just haven’t gotten into a good groove with “training”. Since there isn’t too much I can “train for” between races, I have just been recovering, running when I can or have the motivation to, and “conserving my energy” for this weekend! At least that’s what I tell myself…
